2. An email confirmation will be sent to you containing payment options within 24 to 36 hours.

3. Payments can be made thru credit card or bank deposit only.

4. Your oil painting will be ready for pick-up or delivery in 4 weeks.

What photos are acceptable for conversion into oil painting?

Any portrait, family picture or event photo is acceptable as long as the:

1. Digital file must be in high resolution (at least 1 MB)
2. Facial features must be of highest quality
3. Preferably unretouched photo file




We wish to see samples of the oil painting, where can we see it?

Can we also avail of the service at Tronix stores?

Yes, definitely. All Tronix stores accept picture to oil painting service requests. Be sure to bring with you your desired photo for oil painting for assessment. Photo must be:


1. At least A4 (8R) in size
2. In good condition for the best quality
3. Small, old and faded pictures are highly discouraged
